Free Online Weight Loss Program

While it is possible to find some relatively good free online weight loss programs you need to be sure of what you are doing because some of these are nutritionally deficient and you could end up with health problems by following them.

Anything that you do that will have any effect on your health needs to be treated with caution and it is unwise to choose a free online weight loss program just because you think it might save you some money as the long-term health effects could end up costing you quite a lot more money in the long run.

So how do you know whether that free online weight loss program is good or not?
Well that is a little bit difficult if you don't have sufficient knowledge to determine whether the food or the supplements that they are recommending are nutritionally sound and this is one of the biggest problems because staying healthy is all about staying in the optimum nutrition range.

If in doubt consider specialist advice rather than relying on a free online weight loss program.

How Do I Find The Best Skin Care Products
By Robert Dixon

When looking for the best skin care products just how do I find the best skin care products

Do I

Read Labels for ingredients
Compare cost
Listen to the hype and buy the product

Understanding label ingredients on many mainstream products is a challenge. Unless you are a scientist many of the ingredients are hard to pronounce let alone know what they are. The problem is when you buy a skin care product you're left wondering if you made a good choice.

There are some very simple rules to finding the best skin care products.

Rule One

“Never put anything on your skin that you wouldn't put in your body”

What you put on your skin enters the bloodstream and flows to every cell tissue and organ in the body. Just this simple rule will eliminate 80% of the skin care and cosmetic products in the marketplace.

Rule Two

Always select a product that feeds your skin what it really needs to be healthy.

What would you rather put on your skin?

A product that contains all pure and natural botanicals with ingredients such as lavender and calendula that strengthens and firms to give you smooth even skin, reduces puffiness, inflammation, wrinkles, has strong anti aging properties

Penetrates deep into the lower layers of the skin, rebuilds and stimulates skin cells to give your skin a healthy glow, repairs scars and lesions, detoxifies the lymph system.

Has a calming effect on the nerves helps you sleep better.

Or

Chemical based products that are so commonly found that have

toxic preservatives

Artificial fragrances that may have hundreds of chemicals that you aren't even aware of that can produce allergies or irritation

Toxic chemicals that can cause hormone disruption, birth defects, infertility, increased risk of breast cancer.

Can become deadly when chemicals in the product combine to produce an extremely dangerous group of carcinogens called nitrosamines

It is a disgrace that so many skin care products are made this way. These manufacturers are more dedicated to profit than they are to your health. Never mind the hype or false promises of “secret” ingredients. Nature has no secrets, if a natural ingredient is 100% perfect how can you possibly make it any better?

Just remember these two simple rules and you are well on your way to having beautiful healthy skin and a healthy body.

History has recorded that Cleopatra had beautiful flawless skin. You can rest assured that none of her beauty came from chemicals, not then ,not now, not ever.

Summer is about sunshine and effortless beauty. From top-selling skincare with the latest in SPF protection, to faking a sun-kissed glow with self-tanner, to sexy beach hair without the sand, these simple beauty tips and tricks will keep you looking cool when the weather is hot!

Tip: Take Cover

Your skin needs protection from the sun’s harmful rays all year long, but during the summer months it’s even more important to protect against sun damage. Wearing sunscreen daily not only helps defend your skin from exposure to daylight, but some sunscreens are loaded with healthy ingredients that shield against environmental drying and irritation as well. Any exposure is overexposure so remember to stay protected with these top picks:

Dermalogica Ultra Sensitive Faceblock SPF 25, Fake & Bake SPF 30 Body Lotion, Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 15.

Trick: Get Glowing

Blocking out the sun’s harmful rays doesn’t mean you should stay pale all summer. If you want to have that summer glow without the potential sun damage, take a tip from the celebrities and fake it with a self-tanner. You can get a glamorous glow in just minutes without basking in sun’s damaging rays, and everyone will think you’ve been cruising the Caribbean. Feel free to fake it with these favorites:

Body Drench Quick Tan Sunless Tanning Mist, Comodynes Self-Tanning Towelettes, St. Tropez Instant Tanning System.

Tip: Summer Hair Needs Special Care

Sure, you love the lighter, glistening glow of your summer strands, but did you ever think that the sun, wind, and seawater are drying out your hair? Unfortunately, all of these factors can be very damaging to your tresses, especially when the weather gets warm. Keeping your hair healthy from root to tip is easy with these potent products specifically created for sun-exposure:

Kerastase Soleil Bain Apres-Soliel Shampoo, Kerastase Soleil Lait Apres-Soleil Apres-Instant Balm, Terax Finishing Spray With Sunscreen, BioSilk Silk Therapy.

Trick: Beachy Hair

John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Starlit Waves Wave Enhancing Spray, Pureology Texture Twist, Bumble & bumble Sumo Wax.

Tip: Sea-Inspired

Why not bring the beach to your bathroom by treating yourself to the benefits of the sea at home? Nourish your skin and hair anytime with these sea-inspired lotions and potions:

The Basics of Simple Skin Care and Healthy Hair Care

The Basics of Simple Skin Care and Healthy Hair!

The way we present ourselves to others may say a lot about how we may actually feel inside. Feeling good about the way we look on the outside of our bodies has been proven to affect how we feel on the inside as well. But you don't have to spend a fortune or invest a large amount of time for a skin and hair care regimen to have positive results. Follow these basic tips to easily look and feel your best on the outside, as well as on the inside.

Simple Skin Care
Many people, particularly in the winter or colder months, notice a distinct change in the quality and texture of their skin. This is especially true as we age so it's important to take good care of the skin as a part of our daily hygiene routine.

It's imperative to thoroughly wash the face for a number of reasons, mainly to remove make-up and oils that have built up during the course of the day. Germs and bacteria are another reason to use a gentle cleanser twice a day on your face. This will also help to exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells that could cause your pores to become clogged.

Drying of the skin, particularly the sensitive kind that is found on our faces, can cause us to look older, more tired and prematurely cause us to develop wrinkles and fine lines. Skin that stays nourished and well-hydrated will not only look younger but feel better as well.

Using a moisturizer regularly will keep your skin soft and supple. It is equally important to wear a sunscreen with a sufficient SPF for your skin type. Moisturizing and staying away from the sun and damaging UV rays are two of the best things you can do for your skin to help it stay healthy.

Healthy Hair Care
Every woman, whether she admits it or not, wants to have healthy, beautiful hair. And we all know the difference a bad hair day can make on our performance at work or even on our moods in general. The key to having hair that always looks its best and that also grows at a healthy rate, is to simply have it cut regularly.

Some people who are trying to grow their hair longer may be resistant to the idea of cutting it. They mistakenly think that they will be losing precious inches of hair, when in fact the opposite is true. If the hair is not cut regularly, split ends will develop and cause it to fray and break off, and ultimately look disheveled or unkempt. The number of times you should cut your hair per year depends on how long you wear it and how damaged it is to begin with.

Coloring and perming are the two main culprits in damaging healthy hair. But today there are many brands and types of products on the market to choose from. So be sure to buy the exact type for your particular hair, whether it's normal, oily, dry and damaged or previously color-treated for the best results.

Most hair stylists agree that coloring your hair at home is likely to have better results if you are darkening it using reds, browns or blacks. Lightening the hair is always more damaging than darkening due to the bleaching properties of the color. Hot oil treatments and similar types of products are helpful for restoring moisture if you regularly color or blow-dry your hair.

Using the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair type and texture are essential, and it's also often recommended to change the type of shampoo you use every few weeks or so to avoid a build-up. There are many clarifying shampoos and products available that help prevent build-ups from styling products from happening in the first place, and it's really just a simple matter of finding the best one for you.
